eth_getunclebyblockhashandindex

Returns information about an uncle of a block by hash and uncle index position.

Parameters
QUANTITY|TAG - a block number, or the string "earliest", "latest" or "pending", as in the
​default block parameter.
QUANTITY - the uncle's index position.
